A rose is a rose, eh?

Got to buy flowers for mom/wife/sister/someone — what kind of flowers do you get?

I get them a low-maintenance plant or an orchid. (At least here in Florida orchids are low-maintenance.) Cut flowers like roses or carnations only last a week or so. My sister gave me a philodendron for my 30th birthday and it’s still growing and going strong.
