You get an idea what kind of money is behind a certain super-PAC when they come up with a slick corporate report-style plan complete with color photos and spiral binding on 54 pages to map out their plan to destroy President Obama’s re-election and then, when the word leaks out about it and it gets roundly booed, call it just a trial balloon.
