President Obama meets with Texas Gov. Rick Perry and officials in Dallas to discuss the border crisis. Mr. Perry had first declined to have a quick handshake with the president, but ended up meeting Air Force One and riding along in Marine One.
Somebody’s cranky.
Rick Perry is such a dim-witted jerk. He was Karl Rove’s next Pygmalion project after George W.. And after convincing him to switch parties from Dem to Republican, Rove did get him elected Governor (the bar seems to be pretty low here in Texas) but soon enough saw that Perry is totally an empty hat and left him on his own. Unfortunately the conservatives down here are so clueless they’ll support anyone that’s mean enough and dumb enough, so Perry keeps getting re-elected. The Texas state symbol should be an over-sized pickup truck with a gun rack in the back window.
