Benjamin Netanyahu never saw a situation that couldn’t be improved by having someone beat the shit out of someone else.
Rachel pointed out something I’d forgotten: 13 years ago he was here testifying before Congress about the dangers inherent in Iraq’s possession of weapons of mass destruction of which he was absolutely certain. He urged us to go into Iraq and take out Saddam Hussein and save Israel from annihilation. Don’t remember if he was running for Prime Minister then but still, it’s embarrassing to allow him to use this country in his election campaigns. And for Boehner to use him for ours.
