Republican presidential candidate Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) is projected to win the Puerto Rico GOP primary, according to CNN and NBC News.
Unfortunately it’s in a territory, not a state, so the citizens there can’t vote in the presidential election in November. Kind of like winning the prize for the Furthest Traveled at a car show.
