Now That’s Chutzpah

Donald Trump was in high dudgeon over Hillary Clinton’s “deplorable” comment.

“I was, thus, deeply shocked and alarmed this Friday to hear my opponent attack, slander, smear, demean these wonderful, amazing people who are supporting our campaign by the millions,” Trump said today, addressing the National Guard Association in Baltimore. Trump argued today that people shouldn’t run for president if they have “contempt in your heart for the American voter” or “lead this nation if you have such a low opinion for its citizens.”

So I guess that means Mr. Trump is going to drop out; after all, he’s shown plenty of contempt for the American voters who are immigrants, Mexicans, African-American, Muslim, Gold Star parents, prisoners of war, women, disabled… did I miss anyone?

I fully expect Mr. Trump to sue Hillary Clinton for copyright infringement.
