“The Criminalization of Dissent”

This weekend the PBS program Now with Bill Moyers airs a segment on the protests in Miami during the Free Trade Area of the Americas summit in November. I haven’t seen the 20-minute piece, but the producers said they were interested in examining the protests as part of a larger theme the show has dealt with in recent months, the criminalization of dissent.
