Friday Blogaround

Time to look at some new entries from the blogosphere.

New members of the BBWW blogroll include ScaramoucheBlog and Wil Wheaton Dot Net. Scaramouche had the nerve to write a comment on a posting – see how I repay my commenters? Wil Wheaton does a nice job of combining the everyday life of fatherhood, marriage, and writing into a very enjoyable blog. And did I mention I Voted For George? That’s not a confession; that’s a new addition from the very startled Gillon + Joel at the opposite end of the country from me (Bainbridge Island, Washington). An addition to the Florida Blogs list is Ocean Guy – Somewhere on A1A (A1A is the coastal highway that runs from South Beach on Miami Beach north to…well, I don’t know how far north it runs.)

Taking a quick look around the blogs:

  • The Yellow Doggerel Democrat objects to an idea to replace Congress in case of attack.
  • Happy Furry Puppy Story Time plays with Photoshop.
  • Gamer’s Nook tells a joke.
  • Wanda reviews a book tour celebrity.
  • Trish Wilson on the Women & Blogging issue.
  • The Invisible Library continues the series of dispatches from Iraq.
  • The Gotham City 13 stares at his tipjar.
  • The Fulcrum tells of one man protesting in Boston – and the stir it caused.
  • T. Rex brings us up to date on the lost and the found.
  • Steve Gilliard on Tenet and possible replacements.
  • Jeff at Speedkill has been very active with the Blogs for Bush Rebutted blog that he and some other TLC bloggers have been working on. Go get ’em.
  • There’s a lot of writing about George Tenet leaving the CIA, including Sooner Thought, Rook’s Rant, Musing’s musings (who also passed the 5K mark for visitors – congratulations!), and It’s Craptastic! among them.
  • Collective Sigh on the vandalism of art.
  • NTodd goes a little loony – and fuzzy.
  • That’s it for now. Happy Friday!
