Pegging the Irony Meter

President Bush speaking today in his radio address on leaking classified information:

[O]ur enemies have learned information they should not have, and the unauthorized disclosure of this effort damages our national security and puts our citizens at risk. Revealing classified information is illegal, alerts our enemies, and endangers our country.

Of course, he’s talking about the New York Times, not about Karl Rove or whomever it was that leaked the name of Valerie Plame to Bob Novak to exact revenge for embarrassing the White House. No, that’s okay.
