Question of the Day

Last week my new Bell South AT&T phone directories arrived, so I went around the house collecting the old ones and putting them out for recycling. As I did, I noticed that the set I reserved for my office still had the wrappings on them from when they arrived last October. I hadn’t used the white pages at all, and the Yellow Pages in the kitchen were last used in the spring when I was looking up the number of the guy who fixed my air conditioner.

So the question is:

When was the last time you used a phone book for its intended purpose?

As opposed to a door stop, a weight for gluing something together, or as cockroach-execution device.
