Three Down

We’ve now had three notable primaries for the GOP and three different winners: Huckabee, McCain, and now Romney in Michigan.

Jeff Fecke reads the tea leaves, but it seems to me like the Republicans are taking a long time to make up their minds, which is unusual for them. By this time in the race in the past, they have already fallen in lockstep with just one guy.

On the Democratic side, it was a non-starter; the DNC disallowed the Michigan primary move to January, so none the of the candidates campaigned there. People who voted, though, chose Hillary Clinton 55% over 40% uncommitted. Of course CNN turned that into “troubling news” for Sen. Clinton. Huh?
