Shakespeare’s Universe

One of the new performance spaces here at Stratford is outdoors; where theatre started in the first place, and today we saw Shakespeare’s Universe (Her Infinite Variety), which is a compendium of speeches and scenes that examine how Shakespeare portrayed women. It was fast, funny, and incredibly enlightening.

This is going to be a short post; I’m still having issues with my laptop. I’ve scheduled a visit with The Computer Doc here in Stratford, and he assures me that he will be able to get things back on track before I leave.

So that’s it for now, and I’ll be back after tonight’s performance of Caesar and Cleopatra and give you a report on the performance of my dining room companion from last night.
