Tropical Storm Hanna is dumping a lot of rain here in Miami this morning, but most of Hanna is out to sea and heading for the Carolinas, so brace yourself along the Outer Banks.

But it’s Hurricane Ike that has me worried. The five day project has the dots tracking right over my head on Tuesday night. The “cone of uncertainty” covers a wide swath — from Hilton Head to the Cayman Islands — but history has proved that the storms tend to follow the dots.
