What was the last product that you just HAD to tell someone about — either good or bad?

Someone recommended BitDefender, the anti-virus software, saying Consumer Reports had rated it highly. It turned out to be a disaster to the point that my HP laptop with Windows Vista needed emergency surgery in Canada. I detailed the adventure here. Fortunately, BitDefender refunded my money without hesitation.
