I didn’t watch Bill O’Reilly’s show last night to see his reaction to the murder of Dr. George Tiller, but according to Alex Koppelman and the clip posted at Salon, I didn’t have to to know what he would say. After the obligatory acknowledgment of regret over the assassination, he went after what was really important: how he had no regrets about the inflammatory language he’s used over the years to describe Dr. Tiller — “Tiller the Killer” and “Nazi stuff”. He then indulged in his pugnacious self-pity party and how unfairly he was being attacked by the “far left” for his vitriol. He’s really the victim here.
