What’s the one dish you’ve never had but would like to try?
I’ve always wondered what haggis is like. Imported haggis from Scotland has been banned in the U.S. for over 20 years because of the mad-cow scare, so I guess I’ll have to go to Edinburgh to find out. Apparently there is a canned version of it, but that doesn’t sound like the real thing any more than a can of Chef Boy-ar-dee Spaghetti-O’s is Tuscan cooking.
