What’s your favorite condiment?
It used to be ketchup. That was followed by A-1 sauce. Then I moved to New Mexico, and now it’s chile in its multiple forms; sauce, salsa, and the hundreds of ways it can be prepared. I also love Tabasco. I put it on everything except salad (but add it to some dressings) and oatmeal. I even keep a bottle of it on my desk. Ejole.
