Sarah, Plain and Small

Three people got advanced copies of The Rogue, Joe McGinnis’s book of Sarah Palin. One of them was Garry Trudeau, the creator of Doonesbury. Hilarity ensues.

The Chicago Tribune was offended enough by the strip to yank it from their pages, saying that the comic didn’t meet “standards of fairness.” Huh? It’s a comic strip, f’r Chrissake.

Another recipient was Andrew Sullivan, who says the book is “unputdownable.”

I think I’ll wait for the movie to come out on cable.
