After hearing about Congress spending an entire day debating a bill that is not only cruel and possibly fatal to pregnant women, and especially being treated to rank stupidity by elected members, is it any wonder that most people rate them as somewhere slightly below a galloping case of the trots in popularity?

The answer to that simple question would be No.
