Quote of the Day

Sen. James Inhofe (R-OK) tells the Huffington Post that the parents of the children killed at Newtown are just pawns.

See, I think it’s so unfair of the administration to hurt these families, to make them think this has something to do with them when, in fact, it doesn’t.

You could say that Sen. Inhofe is desperately searching for a way to justify his filibuster of the gun control bill.  Or you could just say that he’s evil, wicked, and cruel.

7 barks and woofs on “Quote of the Day

  1. Ahhh, my beloved senior senator.

This is the same guy who lands his aircraft on a clearly closed runway and then sponsors the “pilot’s bill of rights” to deal with those nasty FAA people who had the temerity to call him on his potentially fatal error. Nice to see that he atil has his priorities straight.

  2. This is the same guy who is a MD and a climate change denier. What an idiot; his license to paractice medicine and senator need to be revoked.

  3. Actually, it is my “beloved*” junior senator, Tom Cole, who is the medical doctor and also Southern Baptist deacon. Amazingly, Inhofe makes Cole look like the reasonable senator from Oklahoma at times…

*Where “beloved” = evil, wicked, cruel, and dumb as a sack of rocks

  4. See, I think it’s so unfair of the gun lobby to hurt these families, to make them think this has something to do with them when, in fact, it doesn’t.

    FIFY, Senator.

  5. It really is all about these families and countless others who mourn the loss of someone to gun violence. The administration did nothing to hurt these families, guns did. It amazes me that we cannot adopt some common sense gun regulations in this country. How many of us have to die for the gun lobby? Enough is enough!
