Springtime in Florida means mockingbirds getting romantic. You can see them doing their ritual wing stretches, which is their way of saying, “Hey, baby, what’s your sign?” They roost on the trees, phone poles, and fences, and sing a lot, too.

I live in Florida too. I also love the mockingbirds. Just beautiful creatures. At least 3 states have them as state birds.
