He Will Find A Way

If John McCain stepped in a dog turd on the way to the bathroom in the middle of the night, he’d blame President Obama.

“Recently reported intelligence findings that North Korea directed cyber-attacks at Sony Pictures Entertainment and Sony Pictures’ decision to cancel the release of an upcoming movie in reaction to those cyber-attacks, are profoundly troubling.

“By effectively yielding to aggressive acts of cyber-terrorism by North Korea, that decision sets a troubling precedent that will only empower and embolden bad actors to use cyber as an offensive weapon even more aggressively in the future.

“But, make no mistake. The need for Sony Pictures to make that decision ultimately arose from the Administration’s continuing failure to satisfactorily address the use of cyber weapons by our nation’s enemies.

I’ll bet he’s even figured out a way to blame Obama for putting Sarah Palin on the GOP ticket in 2008.

One bark on “He Will Find A Way

  1. And you every damned Republican lies tossing and turning every night, muttering “Impeach, impeach” and has fever dreams of seeing a white man back in the White House again.

If American Republicans could step outside themselves and listen critically to the language and the rhetoric spewing from their political leaders, I wonder if they could believe how batshit crazy they sound. What scares me is that I think they would still believe them.

I have not been a political junkie for a long time, maybe fifteen years. I also am not a student of American politics, so I don’t know if the division between Republicans and Democrats has gotten this acrimonious before, but it has to end. The government is in permanent gridlock for two more years, and the infrastructure, the environment, the human rights and the plight of the American worker are all at risk of even more damage at the hands of the Republicans and the Democrats who are too cowardly to back up our president.

    I’m not hopeful.
