I watched Donald Trump’s rally in Dallas last night on MSNBC until it became obvious that they were going to carry the whole damn thing.
It looked like a Nuremberg rally organized by WWE Raw. All that was missing was Leni Riefenstahl in a leather bustier.
Do what we do: turn immediately to WE and wallow in reruns of L&O or CSI-Miami – maybe we see if the Tigers have it on or check out PBS. I still can’t figure out the thinking of those who decide programming at MSNBC. Someone plans to show Trump all the time and talk about him to the exclusion of any other news. I think they think if we get Trump-indigestion we’ll throw him out. Problem is no one who watches MSNBC would ever vote for the man so this is only driving us away.
I agree with Nazi comparison. I was asked by some conservative friends I know who asked me about Trump. I said he reminds me of the Nazis in the 1930’s. Instead Jews, Slavs and Romas, Trump points his fingers at Mexicans, Arabs etal.
