Here’s Delegate Mike Pushkin, the only Jewish member of the [West Virginia] House of Delegates, explaining the difference between an inconvenience and persecution, and why he voted against the RFRA [Religious Freedom Restoration Act] bigotry bill:

One favorite scene of mine from Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman was when Loretta (Mary Kay Place) , appeared on the Dinah Shore show, where she commented on how nice a Jewish production assistant was, especially since he “was one of the people who killed Our Lord.” The screen then went to an immediate apology the the part of Dinah Shore that opinions expressed were not those of the show or anyone within six degrees of separation from it.

    Thing the same thought was going through the good Christians present for Mike Pushikin’s comments.
