Hmm, Frank Pickle is a character on The Vicar of Dibley.
I am guessing he is sending this to only the geography challenged. He is in Afghanistan delivering training and professional development to the Republic of Benin. Benin is in West Africa.
I doubt he’s ever Benin Afghanistan, either…
