The forecast track for Hurricane Matthew has shifted slightly to the east, taking Jamaica out of the line for a direct hit.  But it is lining up to hit the U.S. Naval base at Gitmo in Cuba.  Families are being evacuated.  Here’s the 8 p.m. (ET) update.
