A Little Night Music

December 26 is St. Stephen’s Day, aka the Feast of Stephen.  This hymn is sung at Christmas purely out of coincidence, I suppose; there’s no mention of mangers, three kings, shepherds, or even flying reindeer.  Also, history records that Wenceslas wasn’t exactly a king, but hey, if you can get a hymn and horn in on Christmas, you end up a saint.
