I know there’s nothing more boring than me showing you pictures from inside some place like a conference center of people you don’t know doing things you can’t be a part of, like a reading of a play. The saving grace is that this conference is taking place in a town with spectacular scenery surrounding it. So that’s what I’ll show you.
It’s been cloudy and misty-raining for the last few days, but even then it’s worth seeing.
This is where the action is.
Even when the clouds are lowering, it’s beautiful.
Looking off towards the never-setting sun.
This time of year — around the June solstice — this is what it’s like at 10:45 p.m.
The view from the front porch of the conference center.
By the way, the readings and the conversations are really good, too.
My play goes up Wednesday morning at 9:00 a.m. AKDT / 1:00 p.m. EDT. I’ll post the YouTube and Zoom links the night before.
